​What is Cursillo?

Are you interested in a better understanding of how much God loves you?

How about an enjoyable weekend where you can find peace, joy and lasting friendships?
Then please consider a Catholic Cursillo. 

​ The word “Cursillo” is Spanish for “short course” - a Cursillo retreat is a consecutive
​seventy- two hour period called a “Three Day Weekend.”  During the three day weekend a team of priests, religious and lay persons, while calling upon the Holy Spirit for enlightenment and guidance, present a series of talks that allow us to look at our relationship with God.

 The team and candidates live as a Christian community over the weekend and discuss these talks in small groups.  During the weekend, the participants will pray together, attend Daily Mass together and have an opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. 

 Jesus is inviting you to live a Cursillo with HIM. Jesus wants to share with you the great love that HE has for you and to rejuvenate your Catholic faith through Cursillo. This time away will help you recognize Jesus in your daily life and help you live your faith with Him in a more personal way. 

 The Cursillo is for Catholics 18 years or older who are able to receive the Sacraments. Registration is currently underway. The cost of $150 includes meals and lodging (Scholarships are available). 

This is a spiritual weekend you will remember for the rest of your life!!!
